Rest the mind. Nourish the body. Discover Tunisia.
Carthage Table exists because the Mediterranean table this coast has kept for millennia still sets itself every day, mostly unseen by American travelers who've never been told to look.
The idea
We travel to give our minds a break. Carthage Table asks a different question: what if we gave our bodies that same break — a temporary change of food environment and daily rhythm, without turning it into a program, a rulebook, or a diet.
Why Tunisia
Long before it was a border on a map, this coast was Mediterranean — Roman granaries, Berber orchards, Arab spice roads, French cafés, all feeding into one table. Tunisia isn't on the edge of the Mediterranean story. It helped write it.
What we're not
Not a medical retreat. Not a detox clinic. Not a spa resort. Not a weight-loss program. We don't make health claims, and we won't. This is a culinary, cultural and travel experience — food, rest, people and discovery.
